Glen Oaks got out and ran Thursday night and improved to 4-0 after a 78-64 victory over Kuyper College at home.
The Vikings outscored Kuyper 14-2 in transition and 44-28 in the paint en route to a 44-percent shooting effort for the night.
Jaiquan Edwards led GOCC with 17 points, Shane Handlon finished with 13, Daivion Boleware had 12 and Jaylen Coon reached double figures with 10. Edwards made it a double-double with 10 rebounds. Darrius Roach paced the Vikings with four assists and Tylan Harris added three steals.
In total, Glen Oaks outscored Kuyper 14-2 off turnovers.
The Vikings are off until Nov. 14 when they hit the road to take on Parkland Community College.
