Men's golf team 4th at Grand Rapids
Koenig leads Vikings with 78.

The Glen Oaks Community College men's golf team opened up the 2024 season Monday at Egypt Valley Country Club at the Grand Rapids Community College Invitational. The Vikings finished fourth overall with a team score of 334. Grand Rapids won the event with a 310.
Cole Koenig led Glen Oaks with a round of 78, seven strokes back from medalist Ty Marchlewski, who carded a 71 for Grand Rapids.
Also scoring for the Vikings were George Pullen (80), Hayden Goodman (87), RJ Drews (89) and Kendon Williams (97).
Glen Oaks competes again Friday at the Jackson Invitational.
