Volleyball Player of the Week: Maddie Osburn
Sand Creek native produces for Vikings

Freshman setter and right side hitter Maddie Osburn has been selected by the Glen Oaks Community College coaching staff as the Sturgis Bank & Trust Volleyball Player of the Week after three productive matches recently.
The Sand Creek native finished with 17 kills and a .179 hitting percentage in outings against Andrews College, Jackson College and Edison State. She also recorded 73 assists to go with 40 digs, five serving aces and a block.
Osburn picked up three kills, 26 assists and 13 digs in a win over Jackson College at Saturday's Viking Quad, and she added nine kills, 27 assists, four aces and 12 digs in a victory at Andrews College on Sept. 9.
