Volleyball Player of the Week: Bekah Beachey

Freshman middle blocker/outside hitter Bekah Beachey has been named the Sturgis Bank & Trust Volleyball Player of the Week by the Glen Oaks coaching staff for Oct. 12-18. 

Beachey had a 91.4-percent serving rate with four aces and hit for .221 with 33 kills in matches against Lansing and Ancilla last week. She added a block, two assists and 25 digs. 

The former Three Rivers High School standout now has 38 aces, 138 kills, 18 assists and 82 digs for the year.
